当葡萄汁榨取后,所有的发酵过程会被严格控制 ,运用最先进的技术来支持不同的生产工艺

我们用低温发酵来生产白葡萄酒。而对于红葡萄酒 ,我们会根据葡萄品种让发酵时间持续10到25天。

在浸皮完成后我们会得到理想的颜色和酒体,单宁会变得柔和可口。我们将酒精发酵完成葡萄酒进行异物过滤然后导入其他酒罐修养,再做乳酸发酵。
